(Etowah County, Alabama) A Gadsden man has been arrested in connection to theft of property, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.

“Joseph Jon Adcock, 57, of Gadsden, is charged with one count of second degree theft of property, a felony,” investigator Shane Hartley said.

Adcock stole three firearms, a necklace and two rings, a truck tool box and window air conditioner unit from a residence on Bruton Gap Road. The stolen items have not yet been recovered.

Adcock is currently detained in the Etowah County Detention Center on $2,500 bond for the theft of property. He also faces a drug paraphernalia warrant and public intoxication violation.
