02/12/18 WTPD arrested Darren Knudsen age 23, of Washington, NJ for assault by auto, simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for reckless driving, careless driving, failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, riding on parts not intended, use of unapproved equipment, and improper letting off of passengers. He was processed and lodged in WC Jail.

02/12/18 WTPD arrested Pritesh Patel, age 38, of Edison, NJ Jedediah Gordon, age 40, of Newark, NJ, Jennifer Tucker, age 33, of Cliffwood Beach, NJ and Venex Nicholas, age 34, of Maplewood, NJ. On 02/12/18 at approximately 1:08 PM, patrol responded to Pleasant View Ave in Washington Township for the report of solicitors. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, all the parties were found to be soliciting without a permit and were charged with a local ordinance of soliciting without a permit. Mr. Nicholas was additionally found to have outstanding warrants totaling $1250.00 out of Union Township. Ms. Tucker was also found to have a $90.00 outstanding warrant out of Hillside Township. All subjects were processed and released with a mandatory court date(s).

02/13/18 WTPD arrested Shane Ultimo, age 22, of Hackettstown, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 02/13/18 at approximately 1:01 PM, patrol checked a suspicious person in Meadow Breeze Park in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s investigation, Mr. Ultimo was found to be a wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. Mr. Ultimo was taken into custody without incident, processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

02/14/18 WTPD arrested Nicholas Stolarczuk, age 20, of Great Meadows, NJ for possession of drug paraphernalia. On 02/14/18 at approximately10:36 PM, patrol was conducting a property check of the Pohatcong Arboretum in Washington Township and located a suspicious vehicle. The officers’ investigation resulted in Mr. Stolarczuk’s arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/15/18 WTPD arrested Jacob Drake, age 21, of North Brunswick, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 02/15/18 at approximately 11:29 PM, Mr. Drake responded to the WTPD headquarters to turn himself in on a NCIC wanted person warrant. The officer confirmed Mr. Drake’s active NCIC warrant and took him into custody. He was processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

02/17/18 WTPD arrested Thomas Levern 3rd, age 30, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1240.00 out of Paterson and Teaneck. On 02/17/18 at approximately 11:07 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for maintenance of lamps. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. Levern had outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for maintenance of lamps and released to Patterson PD.

02/18/18 WTPD arrested Kenneth Sturm, age 45, of Belvidere, NJ for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 02/18/18 at 2:56 AM, patrol was dispatched to a single car motor vehicle accident on Rte. 31 in Oxford Township. As a result on the accident, the officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Sturm’s, arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .19%. Mr. Strum was charged with careless driving, failure to keep right, failure to maintain lanes and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/21/18 WTPD arrested Douglas, age 52, of Washington, NJ for simple assault and harassment. He was processed and lodged in WC Jail.

02/22/18 WTPD arrested Stephanie Loefler, age 25, of Washington, NJ for an $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Branchburg Township. She was processed and released with a new court date
