City Snow Emergency is in effect. 
The City of Hastings has begun Snow Emergency procedures. Please move your vehicles off the street until your road has been plowed to its full width.
A Snow Emergency AUTOMATICALLY goes into effect when 2 inches of snow have accumulated. Vehicles must be moved off the street until your road has been cleared.
Hastings Police will ticket and/or tow vehicles that are not in compliance. The cost of a Snow Emergency parking violation is $77.
Instructions:
Move vehicles off the street until storm has ended and plows have cleared the road to its full width.
