THIS IS A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM THE TOWNSHIP OF SADDLE BROOK OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

Current weather forecast is heavy rain throughout FRIDAY (March 2nd) and continue throughout the day and into the evening. 1.5 to 2 inches of rain has fallen since last evening. This weather event is expected to deliver 3-4 inches of rain before it moves east out to sea later this evening.

A FLOOD ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR FRIDAY MARCH 2nd. Minor flooding on flood prone roadways is possible. Expect some lane and/or roadway closures/detours on flood prone streets throughout the weather event. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED STREETS.
