Absecon road closures due to inclement weather and flooding. 
South Shore Rd. and Ohio Avenue are now closed due to flooding. The roadways are expected to be closed for the next several hours.
Due to the current weather conditions the Absecon Police Department is expecting more road closures due to flooding over the next two to three days. Please use caution while traveling over our more frequent flooded areas roadways including:
1. South Shore Road
2. South New Road
3. Rt. 30 (White Horse Pike) in the jug handles and both the Westbound and Eastbound right (slow) lanes
4. South Mill Road in the area of the reservoir
5. 4th Street at East Faunce Landing Road.
