Search of a residence on White St. leads to the discovery of stolen property including a large industrial battery 
On February 26, 2018, Deputy Zeman searched a home in the 500 block of White Street in the city of Barstow with the help from officers from the California Highway Patrol and the Barstow Police Department. Numerous items believed to be stolen property were recovered, including a large industrial cell battery similar to those used to power cable boxes.
Investigators are attempting to identify the owners of this property and are asking anyone with information to contact the Barstow Sheriff’s Station at (760) 256-4838.
