Millpond Parkway and Smithfield Court will be closed 
The Monroe Police Department will be conducting a multi-jurisdictional training drill at the Monroe Movie Theater. As a result, Millpond Parkway between the Movie Theater and Stage Road as well as Smithfield Court will be closed from 9:00am-12:00pm.
