* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 12
inches are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northwestern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 3 AM EST Thursday. Light rain
and light snow will develop late this afternoon and especially
this evening, then transition to all snow tonight and continue
Wednesday. The snow will be heavy at times especially from
midday Wednesday through Wednesday evening, where rates will be
1 to 2 inches per hour.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult to

down from the weight of the accumulating snow, resulting in
power outages.
