Road Closure at Willow Street Bridge Southbound this Weekend in Bonita 
Construction at the Willow Street bridge project may impact traffic this weekend and residents are encouraged to use alternate routes. To complete the first phase of improvements to the bridge, there will be a closure of the southbound lane of the bridge between Sweetwater Road and Bonita Road, including the closure of Sweetwater Road between Willow Street and Doral Way.
Work is scheduled to begin tonight, Friday, March 9, at 9 p.m. and be completed by Monday, March 12, at 5 a.m. The northbound lane of Willow Street Bridge and east-west traffic lanes on Bonita Road will remain open and not subject to road closure.
Metropolitan Transit Service (MTS) will not be affected by this closure. The work is contingent on weather conditions.
