02/23/18 WTPD arrested Lynette Arena, age 29, of Washington, NJ for simple assault. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/24/18 WTPD arrested Amanda Loeffler, age 29, of Somerville, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 02/24/18 at approximately 11:29 AM, patrol was dispatched to a residence in the 1st block of Cherry St. in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Loeffler was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/25/18 WTPD arrested Peter Izzo Jr., age 66, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

02/25/18 WTPD arrested Kenneth Pagano, age 42, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Allegheny County Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Office. On 02/25/18 at approximately 6:25 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 20 block of Green St. in Washington Borough for a welfare check. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Pagano was found to be a wanted person out of the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Pagano was taken into custody without incident, processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

02/27/18 WTPD arrested Ronald Fleming Jr., age 48, of Oxford, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $722.00 out of Oxford and Branchburg Township(s). He was processed and released with a new court date(s).

02/25/18 WTPD arrested David Zairo, age 59, of Washington, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 02/26/18 at approximately 1:30 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Washington Motel, 482 Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township for a dispute. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Zairo was charged at the scene with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/27/18 WTPD arrested Elizabeth Werner, age 58, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 02/27/18 at approximately 5:30 PM, patrol was dispatched to the first block of S. Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Werner was charged at the scene with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

02/27/18 WTPD arrested Matthew Evans, age 40, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Office. On 02/27/18 at approximately 11:40 PM, patrol observed Mr. Evans, who was known to have an active NCIC warrant, walking in the 30 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Evans, confirmed the active warrant and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Evans was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

02/28/18 WTPD arrested Ricky Trimmer, age 40, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office and for having a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 02/28/18 at approximately 1:14 PM, patrol observed Mr. Trimmer, who was known to have active warrants, walking in the first block of Railroad Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Trimmer, confirmed the active warrants and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Trimmer was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

03/02/18 WTPD arrested Jason Archer, age 30, of Oxford, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

03/03/18 WTPD arrested Jeorge Tapia, age 20, and Martin Rivera-Ramirez, age 22, both of Hackettstown, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/03/18 at approximately 11:44 PM, patrol responded to a report of a physical dispute in the Washington Borough Municipal Parking Lot behind 62 E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, both men were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with a mandatory court date(s).

03/03/18 WTPD arrested Kelly Callas, age 29, of Washington, NJ for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. She was processed and released after posting bail.
