On Wednesday, March 7, 2018, 72 year-old Paul Lopez (pictured) was arrested for Lewd or Lascivious Acts on a Minor, 288 (a) PC. Mr. Lopez was booked at Malibu/Lost Hills Station and later released after posting a $100,000.00 bond. The investigation is being handled by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Bureau.
Mr. Lopez owns and operates The Small Wonder Academy daycare facility in Agoura Hills. The daycare has been in existence for several years and provides care for children ages three months to four years.
Mr. Lopez remains out on bond pending his arraignment.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department - Special Victims Bureau is tasked with investigating the sexual and physical abuse of children and felonious sexual assaults involving adult victims.
