On Wednesday, March 14, 2018, Investigators with the Giles County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle Southbound on Highway 31 North just outside the city limits of Pulaski. During the investigation, Michael Shane Wallace (37 years old) who was a passenger in the car was arrested on outstanding warrants out of Giles County and was transported to the Giles County Jail. Another occupant of the vehicle was 27 years old Kacie Danielle Dugger of Limestone County Alabama was also arrested on a warrant from Limestone County. A further search of Dugger’s personal items turned up nearly $3000.00 in cash and over 2 Ounces of Methamphetamine, digital scales, and other drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and taken to the Giles County Jail and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and Fugitive from Justice. Dugger remains incarcerated in the Giles County Jail on $181,000.00 bond. Wallace is being held without bail until his court date for a probation violation and failure to report from Giles County Circuit Court.
