[Eustis, FL] – Eustis Police Department is happy to report Mr. Richard Dwayne Spooner has been located and is in good health. He was located in Eustis at 2:14 PM today and is being returned home.
He has been removed from FCIC/NCIC and is no longer a missing endangered adult. Thank you for your assistance.
