Hazardous Weather Outlook National Weather Service Indianapolis IN 455 PM EDT Fri Mar 16 2018 Tonight. Outlook: Rain developing by late tonight. Slight chance of freezing rain in a few locations. Hazards: A few slick spots on roads possible. Timing: Late tonight. Discussion: A low pressure system moving out of the plains will bring rain to central Indiana tonight. A brief period of freezing rain is possible in some areas. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. Outlook: Snow is possible at times from Monday night through Wednesday night. Little to no accumulation is expected. Discussion: A series of low pressure systems should bring intervals of precipitation. Unseasonably cold temperatures may cause some of the precipitation to be ice or snow.
