Conditions will improve later this morning as storms develop or surface temperatures warm. ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING... The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* VISIBILITY...One quarter mile or less.

* IMPACTS...Driving will be hazardous in areas of dense fog.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ASCENSION ... LIVINGSTON ... LOWER JEFFERSON ... LOWER LAFOURCHE ... LOWER PLAQUEMINES ... LOWER ST. BERNARD ... LOWER TERREBONNE ... ORLEANS ... SOUTHERN TANGIPAHOA ... ST.
