Yellow Alert- Rain is to expected to begin in LA County according to the Weather Service starting at noon.  This is forecasted to be our most significant storm with rain through Thursday morning. It is anticipated rainfall will be between 1.5 to 3 inches in the Valley.  There is also a chance for moderate winds so be aware of fallen tree limbs and electrical lines.  We will have plenty of staff on hand and extra patrolling the city for any potential flooding issues.   As a reminder, the following are restrictions for the Yellow Alert status.
 
YELLOW ALERT:
No evacuation orders in effect.
Rain-related parking restrictions in effect.
Residents directed to remove vehicles, trash bins and other obstructions from streets and/or travel lanes as they will be subject to tow or removal by authorities.
No restricted entry to impact area/potentially impacted areas.
