Reserve Officer Hiring Process 
The Milford Police Department currently has three (3) reserve officer positions available:
Requirements include being at least the age of 21, possess a high school diploma (or GED equivalent), college graduate or some college is preferred; US citizenship; and possess a valid Indiana operator’s license. Law enforcement experience is preferred but not required. This process includes written testing, physical ability tests, interviews, background investigation, polygraph exam, physical, and other possible examinations.
The entire process will be explained on the testing date to be determined. The written and physical examinations will be conducted on the same day.
