The East Side Sewer Relief Project on East Avenue has progressed from George Street through Wooster Street intersections. There will be no pass through traffic permitted between George and Wooster Streets this week. The intersection of East Avenue and George should reopen early next week.
The residents in the East Avenue Sewer Relief Project work zone will be notified daily as to how they can access their driveways.
Drivers should use the detour routes for East Avenue of Middle Avenue and East River Street. The detour routes are posted.
