INCIDENT: Critical Missing Person

LOCATION: 9200 block of Hemlock Avenue, Fontana

VICTIM: Jose Trebizo, age 98 of Fontana; described as
a hispanic male 4'7" tall, thin build with hip problems which cause him to walk hunched down. He is believed to be wearing a black baseball cap

VEHICLE: 2003 Silver Chevy Malibu,4 door, license plate TREBIZO

SUMMARY:
UPDATE:  At Approximately 5:15 pm, deputies were advised by Mr. Trebizo's family that he had returned to his home.

On Thursday, March 22, 2018, at approximately 2:50 pm, deputies from the Fontana Sheriff's Station responded to a residence in the 9200 block of Hemlock Avenue in Fontana following the report of a missing person, Jose Trebizo.

Deputies were advised by family members that earlier today at approximately 10:00 am, Jose Trebizo left the residence to go to the George White Senior Center, located at 8565 S. Nuevo Avenue in Fontana. At approximately 12:20 pm, Mr. Trebizo left the location and has not returned home to his residence on Hemlock Avenue. He was driving his silver, 2003 Chevy Malibu, 4-door, with personalized California plate “TREBIZO” with an American Flag flying from each rear passenger door. Mr. Trebizo takes medications for his heart which, he does not have with him. He suffers from memory issues but has NOT been diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. He is wearing a black baseball type hat. Jose is 4’ 7” with a thin build and hip problems which cause him to walk hunched down. He also wears hearing aids. It is unusual for him to be gone longer than 90 minutes and has never been missing before.
