03/05/18 WTPD arrested Joseph Pindella, age 63, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Roxbury Township. On 03/05/18 at approximately 9:21 AM, patrol was dispatched to the 1st block of Railroad Ave in Washington Borough for a suspicious person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, he made contact with Mr. Pindella, who was found to have an active warrant. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.

03/07/18 WTPD arrested David Zairo, age 59, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of consuming alcohol in public. On 03/07/18 at approximately 7:34 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 30 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a suspicious person. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Zairo was arrested and charged with a local ordinance of consuming alcoholic beverage in public. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

03/09/18 WTPD arrested Nichol Spearman, age 48, of Washington, NJ for a $211.00 outstanding warrant out of the City of Orange. On 03/09/18 at approximately 12:50 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Spearman’s arrest for the outstanding warrant. She was processed and released with a new court date.

03/09/18 WTPD arrested Stewart Wallace, age 44, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

03/10/18 WTPD arrested David Trotten, age 44, of Belvidere, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 03/10/18 at approximately 9:26 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Jackson Valley Rd in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver, Mr. Trotten’s arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .19%. Mr. Trotten was charged with careless driving, failure to maintain lanes and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

03/11/18 WTPD arrested Brian Cobel, age 50, of Easton, PA for a $355.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

03/12/18 WTPD arrested David Zairo, age 59, of Washington, NJ for simple assault, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/12/18 at approximately 3:01 PM, patrol was dispatched to Quick Chek, 30 Belvedere Ave in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Zairo was charged at the scene with simple assault, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

03/12/18 WTPD arrested William Zimmerman, age 60, of Washington, NJ for a $268.00 outstanding warrant out of N. Warren Municipal court. He was processed and released with a new court date.

03/13/18 WTPD arrested Theresa Wilson, age 42, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 03/13/18 at approximately 5:59 AM, observed Ms. Wilson, who was known to have an active NCIC warrant for her arrest, in the 1st block of Railroad Ave. The officer made contact with Ms. Wilson, confirmed the active warrant and took her into custody without incident. Ms. Wilson was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

03/13/18 WTPD arrested Laura Ridner, age 33, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office. On 03/13/18 at approximately 8:41 AM, patrol responded to a residence in the 60 block of E. Washington Ave and made contact with Ms. Ridner, who was known to have an active NCIC warrant. The officer took her into custody without incident. Ms. Ridner was processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

03/17/18 WTPD arrested Xavier Adetula, age 23, of Washington, NJ for a $178.00 outstanding warrant out of the Mt. Olive Township. On 03/17/18 at approximately 1:23 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Adetula’s arrest for the outstanding warrant. He was processed, issued motor vehicle summons for failure to obey a traffic sign and failure to inspect. He was released with a new court date.

03/17/18 WTPD arrested William Hill, age 42, of Washington, NJ for a $100.00 outstanding warrant out of the Parsippany-Troy Hills Township. On 03/17/18 at approximately 4:02 PM, patrol responded to Trade Zone Auto Sales, 482 Rte. 312 S. in Washington Township for a dispute. Upon he officer’s arrival and investigation, Mr. Hill was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.

03/17/18 WTPD arrested Sylvia Clayborne, age 66, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrant totaling $1350.00 out of South Brunswick and New Brunswick. On 03/17/18 at approximately 4:05 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Mid Town Apartments, 68 Rte. E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for an alarm activation. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Clayborne was found to have active warrants for her arrest. She was processed and turned over to South Brunswick PD.

03/17/18 WTPD arrested Aaron Surratt., age 32 of E. Stroudsburg, PA for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/17/18 at approximately 5:03 PM, officers were dispatched to Washington One Stop, 288 Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township, for a report of a person smoking marijuana in a car. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Surratt was charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

03/18/18 WTPD arrested Michael Heater, age 27, of Flemington, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 03/18/18 at approximately 1:36 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Heater’s arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .10%. Mr. Heater was charged with careless driving, failure to maintain lanes and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

03/19/18 WTPD arrested Timothy Cuer, age 19, of Phillipsburg, NJ for an $83.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

03/21/18 WTPD arrested Brittany Prescott, age 25, of Easton, PA for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 03/21/18 at approximately 1:29 PM, patrol responded to a dispute in the 40 block of Broad St. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that Ms. Prescott had an active NCIC warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

03/21/18 WTPD arrested Amanda Batcha., age 23 of Washington, NJ for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/21/18 at approximately 10:40 AM, officers were dispatched to the 50 block of Youmans Ave for a parking complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Batcha was charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for improper parking and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, and was released with a mandatory court date.
