Missing from Green Pastures, adjacent to Philhaven on South Butler Road is Stephen Byler, age 29, white male, with dark hair, wearing black pants, a black jacket and a green shirt, dark glasses and a sraw hat.
Byler is not violent.
He walked away around 1:30 PM, lives in Quarryville, PA and is possibly headed that way.
