UPDATE: Suspected Package Thief in the 300 Block of Concord has been Identified and Cleared of Wrongdoing
UPDATE: The individual observed on 3/23/18 at 9:30 pm in the 300 block of Concord St has been identified and has been cleared of any criminal activity. The individual had gone to the wrong house and was rummaging through the homeowner's mail box and porch looking for an item that had been left for him. This information has been verified and it was a simple case of him going to the wrong house. The house he should have gone to was next door. We thank the public for helping us identify this individual and clear up the case. The homeowner who originally reported this man did the right thing by notifying ESPD of his suspicious behavior.
ORIGINAL MESSAGE: On 3/23/18 at approx 9:30 pm, this person was in the 300 block of Concord possibly stealing mail/packages from homes. Please call 911 if you see this person.
