Arrest: 45 year old female, resident of San Rafael
Charges: Possession of stolen property
Officers observed a suspicious vehicle that was occupied by a subject who appeared to be sleeping. It was determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen in San Rafael. The occupant was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 21 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Outside warrants
Officers made contact with a subject and determined that she had seven outstanding warrants. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Highway 9/Grandview
Arrest: 37 year old male, resident of San Martin; 36 year old female, resident of San Martin
Charges: Possession of stolen property, possession of controlled substance, outside warrants
While conducting routine patrol in the municipal parking lots, officers observed a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle parked in a driveway on Grandview and the occupants claimed to be visiting the homeowner. The homeowner confirmed that he did not know the subjects. Further investigation determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen to the San Jose Police Department. Both the driver and passenger were found to have active warrants. They were also in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Both were arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 43 year old male, resident of Vermont
Charges: Trespassing
Officers responded to a report of an unknown subject inside of a vacant property. Upon their arrival, it was determined that the subject was trespassing. He was cited and released.

Camden/Kooser
Arrest: 45 year old male, transient
Charges: Possession of burglary tools, possession of stolen property, violation of probation
Officers attempted to conduct a traffic enforcement stop when the passenger fled on foot. The driver was detained and found to be on searchable probation. A search was conducted and burglary tools were located, along with a recently stolen bicycle. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail. The passenger has been identified and follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 62 year old male, resident of Rancho Cordova; 27 year old female, resident of Oakland
Charges: Possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia, outside warrants
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver was driving on a suspended license and was in possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary tools. The passenger was found to have active warrants and was on searchable probation. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail. The driver was cited and released.

Charges: DUI
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver exhibited the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver exhibited the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 29 year old male, resident of Santa Cruz
Charges: Possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, outside warrants
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver had 3 active warrants. Further investigation determined that he was in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
