11 PM EDT THIS EVENING...
* WINDS...South to southwest winds will increase to 20 to 30 mph
through the day, then shift out of the northwest late in the
afternoon and evening behind a cold front. Wind gusts up to 45
mph are expected for mainly this afternoon and early evening.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving for high profile vehicles.
Unsecured light outdoor objects will be blown around. Also,
there is a possibility for downed tree limbs and power lines
causing sporadic power outages.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Wind Advisory means that wind gusts of 45 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
