Winter storm warning in effect from 8am Tuesday to 8am Wednesday. 6 to 10 inches of heavy, wet snow are expected.

...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM TUESDAY TO 8 AM EDT
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy, mainly wet snow. Total snow accumulations of 6 to
10 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Wexford, Missaukee and Roscommon Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Tuesday to 8 AM EDT Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible
at times, especially during the evening commute on Tuesday. Wind
gusts of 30 to 35 mph, mainly Tuesday night, will result in
some areas of blowing snow. Also, there is a possibility for
downed power lines causing sporadic power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency.
