Stolen Vehicle, Possession of Burglary Tools, Possession of Controlled Substance, Probation Violation, Warrant Arrest

On April 1, 2018, at approximately 5:30 P.M., AGPD Patrol Officers received a BOL from the San Luis Obispo Sheriff's Office Communication Center regarding a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was described as a white Mercedes GLE350 SUV (Lic. #7UZN905) stolen from Palm Springs which was last seen in the area of Oceano. The California State Parks Rangers had received a Lojack hit on the stolen vehicle in that area.

An AGPD Officer was driving in the 1100 blk. of S. Oak Park Blvd. when he saw a vehicle matching the above description being driven by a male with a female passenger. When the AGPD Officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop, the vehicle and passengers drove down a cul-de-sac where the AGPD Officer observed the driver, later identified as Scott Bradstreetfoster 26 YOA, from Palm Desert, CA., front passenger, Haley Dockstader 24 YOA, from Arroyo Grande, CA., and rear passenger Anthony Farley 23 YOA, from Arroyo Grande, CA. exit the vehicle and flee into the backyard of a residence.

Grover Beach Police Department Officers, as well as SLOSO Deputies and the CHP helicopter arrived to assist with the search. After a brief search of the surrounding neighborhood, all three suspects were taken into custody without further incident.

S/Bradstreetfoster, S/Dockstader, and S/Farley were booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on charges of 496D(A)PC - Possession of a stolen vehicle, 148(a)(1)PC - Resisting arrest, 466PC - Possession of burglary tools, 1203PC - Probation violation, 11350H&S - Possession of a controlled substance, and an outstanding warrant.
