The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a * Flood Warning for... Rush County in central Indiana... Northern Decatur County in central Indiana... * Until 100 PM EDT * At 702 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. One to locally two inches of rain has already fallen overnight. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Greensburg, Rushville, Adams, Milford, St. Paul, Carthage, Milroy, Glenwood, Clarksburg, Mays, Moscow, Newpoint, New Salem, Manilla, Falmouth, Lake Santee, Sandusky and Arlington. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
