Flash Flood Warning in Addition to Flood Warning in Effect for Hamilton County until 3:45PM. Watch for Flooded Roads

A Flash Flood Warning is in effect for the southern part of Hamilton County until 3:45PM. A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately. Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate precautions to protect life and property.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Indianapolis, Anderson, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville,
Lawrence, Brownsburg, Zionsville, Westfield, McCordsville,
Pendleton, Fortville, Pittsboro, Whitestown, Chesterfield,
Ingalls, Lapel, Edgewood, Meridian Hills and Jamestown.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 65 between mile markers 120 and 137.
Interstate 69 between mile markers 200 and 230.
Interstate 74 between mile markers 48 and 69.
