03/22/18 WTPD arrested Brandon Chrisafis, age 28, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of the Washington Borough. On 03/22/18 at approximately 2:26 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Hahn St. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Chrisafis’s arrest for the outstanding warrant. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for failure to produce a document and released with a new court date.
03/22/18 WTPD arrested Michael Franks, age 62 of Washington, NJ for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 03/22/18 at approximately 11:33 PM, officers responded to a residence in the 40 block of Nunn Ave in Washington Borough to serve paperwork to Mr. Franks. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Franks was arrested and charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/23/18 WTPD arrested Janet Grdovic, age 45, and Oscar Paladini, age 50, both of Stewartsville, NJ for a local ordinance of littering and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/19/18 at approximately 2:35 PM, patrol observed trash dumped on Drake Ct. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in both Ms. Grdovic and Mr. Paladini both being charged with a local ordinance of littering and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were both processed and released with a mandatory court date(s).
03/23/18 WTPD arrested Joseph Molinaro, age 60, of Rockaway, NJ for a violation of a court order. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
03/23/18 WTPD arrested Duane Sheeks II, age 29, of Lindonwold, NJ for a $2000.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.
03/23/18 WTPD arrested Charles Pickett, age 27, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren and Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office. On 03/23/18 at approximately 4:59 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 20 block of State St. in Washington Borough to locate Mr. Pickett who was an NCIC wanted person. Upon the officer’s investigation Mr. Pickett was located and taken into custody without incident. He was processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.
03/24/18 WTPD arrested Jeremy Barno, age 38, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a $509.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.
03/25/18 WTPD arrested Ashley Mizzer, age 28, of Alpha, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Phillipsburg. On 03/25/18 at approximately 10:06 AM, patrol was dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of Harding Dr. in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, one person, Ms. Mizzer, was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was taken to custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.
03/26/18 WTPD arrested Wiliiam Zimmerman, age 60, of Washington, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of North Warren. On 03/26/18 at approximately 10:27 AM, patrol observed Mr. Zimmerman, who was known to have outstanding warrants, in the 1st block of Railroad Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Zimmerman, confirmed the active warrant, and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Zimmerman was processed and released with new court dates.
03/26/18 WTPD arrested David Garriques, age 46, of Washington, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/26/18 at approximately 11:35 AM, patrol was responded to the 100 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a suspicious male laying face down on the sidewalk. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Garriques was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/26/18 WTPD arrested Stephanie Loeffler, age 25, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Branchburg Township. On 03/26/18 at approximately 1:25 PM, an officer on foot patrol observed Ms. Loeffler, who was known to have outstanding warrants, in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Ms. Loeffler, confirmed the active warrants, and took her into custody without incident. Ms. Loeffler was processed and released with new court dates.
03/26/18 WTPD arrested Benjamin Harrington Jr., age 49, of Saylorsburg, PA for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 03/26/18 at approximately 10:54 PM, patrol responded to the Burger King, 309 Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for a reported drunken driver at the drive through window. Upon the officer’s arrival and investigation, the driver, Mr. Harrington was arrested for (DWI). Mr. Harrington was charged with careless driving, refusal to submit to a breath test, driving with a suspended driver’s license, failure to surrender a suspended driver’s license and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
03/27/18 WTPD arrested Anita Cameron, age 50, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 03/27/18 at approximately 1:25 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 100 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that a passenger in the vehicle, Ms. Cameron had an active NCIC warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.
03/27/18 WTPD arrested Angel Rosado, age 24, of Bound Brook, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1500.00 out of Bound Brook and Somerville Borough. On 03/27/18 at approximately 2:30 PM patrol responded to a residence in the 70 block of Railroad Ave in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival, Mr. Rosado was found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was processed and turned over to Somerville PD.
03/28/18 WTPD arrested Annie Rubenstien, age 26, of Hackettstown, NJ for an $89.00 outstanding warrant out of Hackettstown. On 03/28/18 at approximately 1:10 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 30 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Rubenstein’s arrest for the outstanding warrant. She was processed and released with a new court date.
03/28/18 WTPD arrested Juan Cruz, age 41, of Newark, NJ for being a NCIC wanted person out of the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office and for outstanding warrants totaling $769.00 from E. Brunswick and Woodbridge Township’s. On 03/24/18 at 10:40 AM officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident without injury in the 60 block of Park Ave in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival, one vehicle had fled the scene. The officer’s subsequent investigation resulted in Mr. Cruz’s arrest for the outstanding warrants. Mr. Cruz was also issued summonses for driving with a suspended driver’s license, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, failure to report a motor vehicle accident and delaying traffic. He was processed and turned over to the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department.
03/29/17 WTPD arrested Ryan Sutton, age 34, of Washington, NJ for hindering apprehension, outstanding warrants totaling $2088.00 from Washington Township, Washington Borough, Westhampton Township, Hamilton Township, and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 03/29/18 at approximately 2:32 PM, patrol responded to an unwanted person at the Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Sutton was arrested and charged with hindering his own apprehension, the outstanding warrants and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date(s).
03/31/18 WTPD arrested James Searing, age 43, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Mansfield Township. On 03/31/18 at approximately 6:27 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for overdue inspection. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Shearing’s arrest for the outstanding warrant. He was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses overdue inspection, for driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released with a mandatory court date.
