Advisory
The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Flood WATCH for Jackson Hole Saturday 4/7 and Sunday 4/8. Visit https://forecast.weather.gov/wwamap/wwatxtget.php?cwa=riw&wwa=flood%20watch for details. This means that conditions are favorable for flooding and that flooding of low-lying areas and near creeks and streams is possible. Rain-on-snow can accelerate snowmelt and cause flooding in places that aren't near waterways or in FEMA flood zones.
