URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

.An unseasonably cold airmass will move over the region tonight,
strong gusty winds and cold air advection will also occur
overnight. As this occurs precipitation, which is already
developing west and north of the Ozarks, will be spreading over
the region. This combination of cold air, warm ground
temperatures, gusty winds and snow will produce the potential for
impacts on area roads.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 AM CDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT: Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch
are expected for most location. A heavier band may develop with
higher amounts around two inches where the band occurs.

* WHERE: Portions of south central and southwest Missouri, including the Humansville area.

* WHEN: From 11 PM this evening to 7 AM CDT Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Plan on slippery road conditions. Be
prepared for reduced visibilities at times. Winds will be gusty
at time which may contribute to lower visibilities.
