Board of Water Supply has re-opened Dole St. for normal traffic flow again. The paving contractor has completed the final paving.
Additionally, St. Louis Heights residents can return to normal water use, as the water system has fully recovered, thanks to their conservation efforts.
The BWS would like to thank area residents and motorists for their patience and understanding as BWS crews worked to restore the broken main and the roadway as quickly as possible.
BWS crews also completed repair to a Dole St. valve that began leaking during repair of the broken main. One lane is open, and traffic will be contraflowed as needed, while the contractor completes final paving to that site, which is fronting the dorms.
