Eduardo Hernandez arrested for being a felon possessing a firearm

LOCATION: 10th Street/Linden Avenue, Bloomington
SUSPECT(S): Eduardo Hernandez, 40 year old resident of Rialto
SUMMARY: On 04/08/18, at 10:40 p.m., Deputy Izquierdo conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Eduardo Hernandez, was on Parole. The deputy searched Hernandez and found a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun in the back of his waistband.
Hernandez is a gang member and the firearm was an unregistered, unserialized firearm, commonly referred to as a "ghost gun." He was booked the West Valley Detention Center for PC 29800(a)(1) felon in possession of a firearm.
