Hill Street reconstruction begins April 16 
Hill Street will be rebuilt from Queen Avenue to 24th Avenue, starting Monday, April 16. Work will continue through the spring and summer and should wrap up by Labor Day, September 3.
Phase One: utilities, curbs, sidewalks and driveways. Through traffic will continue, guided by flaggers as needed.
Phase Two -- excavation, paving and striping -- begins June 18. Only local traffic will be allowed during this phase; through traffic will detour to use Geary or Marion streets.
