* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. North-northwest winds gusting as high as generally 45 to 55 mph will cause whiteout conditions in blowing snow. Significant drifting of the snow is likely. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches, with localized amounts to around 6 inches, are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east central and south central Nebraska.
