SAFETY BELT AWARENESS
The Torrance Police Department encourages everyone of all ages to wear their safety belts while traveling. SafetyBeltSafe U.S.A. will partner with numerous law enforcement agencies to spread awareness about child seat belt safety between April 29, 2018 and May 5, 2018. SafetyBeltSafe U.S.A. is the national non-profit organization dedicated to child passenger safety.
