04/02/18 WTPD arrested Charles Pickett, age 27, of Washington, NJ for a $1500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

04/03/18 WTPD arrested Tiago Teixeira, age 32, of Washington, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released after posting bail.

04/04/18 WTPD arrested Antoinette Crowley, age 42, of Union, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $2500.00 out of Mountainside and Springfield Township. On 04/04/18 at approximately 4:06 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 50 block of Youmans Ave in Washington Borough for a welfare check. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Ms. Crowley had outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was taken to custody without incident, processed and released after posting bail.

04/04/18 WTPD arrested William Zimmerman, age 60, Joseph Reiner, age 51 and Theresa Wilson, age 51, all of Washington, NJ. On 04/04/18 at approximately 12:12 AM, patrol responded to a disturbance at a residence at the Railroad Ave Apartments, 7 Railroad Ave, in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, all three parties were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Reiner was additionally found to have an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. All three individuals were taken into without incident, processed and released with new court date(s).

04/04/18 WTPD arrested Joseph Garofalo, age 42, of Hackettstown, NJ for a $1500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

04/06/18 WTPD arrested Kenneth Shannon, age 52, of Washington, NJ for simple assault. He was processed and lodged in WC Jail.
04/07/18 WTPD arrested Natasha Rossum, age 31, of Washington, NJ for simple assault. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

04/07/18 WTPD arrested Marco Cozze, age 55, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

04/07/18 WTPD arrested Kala Rusin, age 29, of Washington, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. She was processed and released with a new court date.

04/09/18 WTPD arrested Renee Gesner, age 48, of Washington, NJ for simple assault and harassment. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

04/09/18 WTPD arrested Anita Cameron, age 50, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office and for outstanding warrants totaling $1000.00 out of Paterson and Mt. Olive Township. On 04/09/18 at approximately 1:37 PM, an officer on foot patrol observed Ms. Cameron, who was known to be a wanted person, in the 20 block of Broad St. in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Ms. Cameron, confirmed the active NCIC warrant, and took her into custody without incident. Ms. Cameron was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

04/10/18 WTPD arrested Troy Coopersmith, age 44, of Belvidere, NJ for theft of a motor vehicle. On 04/10/18 WTPD Detective Bureau charged Mr. Coopersmith with theft of a motor vehicle that had occurred between October and November 2017 in Washington Township. The stolen vehicle was recovered with the assistance of the Pennsylvania State Police. Mr. Coopersmith processed and released with a new court date.

04/10/18 WTPD arrested Jessica Jackson, age 32, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. On 04/10/18 at approximately 3:43 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 60 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for an unwanted person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Ms. Jackson had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.

04/10/18 WTPD arrested Ryan Sutton, age 34, of Washington, NJ for a $215.00 outstanding warrant out of Hamilton Township. On 04/10/18 at approximately 4:00 PM, patrol responded to a report of a suspicious person looking into a garage window in the 30 block of Willow St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Sutton was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with a new court date.

04/11/18 WTPD arrested Brian Cobel, age 50, of Easton, PA for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

04/11/18 WTPD arrested Herbert Donaldson, age 42, of Washington, NJ for aggravated assault. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

04/13/18 WTPD arrested Gerard Pickett, age 28, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 04/13/18 at approximately 11:31 PM, patrol observed Mr. Pickett, who was known to have outstanding warrants, in the 70 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Pickett, confirmed the active warrant, and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Pickett was processed and released with new court dates.

04/13/18 WTPD arrested Gregory Greco, age 34, of Randolph, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/13/18 at approximately 3:39 PM, patrol was responded to the 100 block of Taylor St. in Washington Borough for a report of a possible stolen vehicle. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Greco was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

04/14/18 WTPD arrested Scott Rhodes, age 60, of Bronx, NY for a violation of a court order. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

04/14/18 WTPD arrested Saul Weaver 3rd, age 41, of Hampton, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Mecklenburg County North Carolina Sheriff’s Office. On 04/14/18 at approximately 6:03 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 100 block Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough for a front view obstruction. The officer’s investigation revealed that the driver, Mr. Weaver had an active NCIC warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed, charged with being a fugitive from justice and issued motor vehicle summonses for front view obstruction and driving without a driver’s license. Mr. Weaver was lodged in the WC Jail.

04/16/18 WTPD arrested Gerard Pickett, age 28, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1250.00 out of Mt. Olive and Greenwich Township. On 04/16/18 at approximately 2:25 PM, patrol responded to a report of a possible trespasser at a residence in the 20 block of State St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it was revealed that Mr. Pickett had active warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with new court date(s).
