Scam Alert - hispanic male slight build 30 YOA posing as Water Dept employee to gain access to homes to steal. 
An elderly male resident had an Hispanic male, slight build, early thirties with lanyard around his neck with apparent ID and a hat stating ENERGY gain access to his home to distract him while another person entered the home and stole from the house. If approached by this subject or anyone alleging to be affiliated with the water department call 911 to report. Do no allow access to your home.
