*UPDATE 04/25/18 9:30pm - Mr. Andrews was located safe and sound this evening in San Jose. He has been reunited with his family.

TIME ELEMENT: Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at 3:00 PM

The Milpitas Police Department is seeking help locating Milpitas resident William David Andrews. Mr. Andrews suffers from dementia and walked away from his residence on Seacliff Drive on Tuesday, April 24, 2017 at approximately 2:45 PM. Mr. Andrews was last seen by employees at the Outback Steakhouse, located at 1245 Great Mall Drive in Milpitas, at approximately 11:00 PM; but officers were unable to locate him. Mr. Andrews may have become disorientated and could be in need of his medication.

Mr. Andrews is 81 years-old, approximately 5’-09” tall, 170 pounds, brown eyes, and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a green jacket with a blue shirt underneath, black pants, and black shoes.
