4/21 – 7:50 a.m. – Millstadt Police, Millstadt Fire Department & Millstadt EMS responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash at Washington Street & Jefferson Street. The driver of the not at-fault vehicle was evaluated for a minor head injury, but refused transport to the hospital. The fire department contained leaking fluids from one of the vehicles. One of the vehicles had to be towed from the scene. Gary A. May, 48 of Columbia, was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
