04/15/18 WTPD arrested Timothy Scheel, age 40, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Robbinsville Township. On 04/15/18 at approximately 8:13 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 200 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Scheel had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.

04/16/18 WTPD arrested Darren Ader, age 21, of Oxford, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Pohatcong Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

04/17/18 WTPD arrested Brian Rooney, age 51, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Plainfield. He was processed and released with a new court date.

04/18/18 WTPD arrested Kelsey Middaugh, age 18, of Washington, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Greenwich Township. On 04/18/18 at approximately 2:24 PM, patrol observed Ms. Middaugh, who was known to have an active warrant for her arrest, in the 20 block of State St. in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Ms. Middaugh, confirmed the active warrant, and took her into custody without incident. She was processed and released with a new court date.

04/21/18 WTPD arrested Ashley Mizzer, age 28, of Chester, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Phillipsburg. On 04/21/18 at approximately 3:42 PM, patrol observed Ms. Mizzer, who was known to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest, operating a motor vehicle on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township. The officer conducted a motor vehicle stop, made contact with Ms. Mizzer, and confirmed the active warrant. Ms. Mizzer was taken into custody without incident, processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended and released with a new court date.

04/21/18 WTPD arrested Leah Dolan, age 22, of Newton, NJ for possession of (CDS) heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 04/21/18 at approximately 8:37 PM, patrol responded to an unknown medical emergency at the Spartan Gas Station, 149 Rte. 31 in Oxford Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it was revealed that Ms. Dolan, who was not the patient, was found to be in possession of (CDS) heroin. She was taken into custody without incident, processed and charged with possession of (CDS) heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released with a mandatory court date.

04/21/18 WTPD arrested Margaret Hayes, age 23, of Oxford, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Lebanon Township. She was processed and released after posting bail.

04/23/18 WTPD arrested Michael Romsak, age 59, of Washington, NJ for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 04/23/18 at approximately 2:41 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the first block of Jackson Ave in Washington Borough for careless driving. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Romsak’s arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .14%. Mr. Romsak was charged with careless driving, delaying traffic, reckless driving, driving the wrong way on a one way street, failure to wear a seatbelt, using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle, open container of an alcoholic beverage and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

04/23/18 WTPD arrested Victoria Ball, age 26, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Phillipsburg. On 04/23/18 at approximately 11:21 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that the driver, Ms. Ball, had an active warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.

04/23/18 WTPD arrested Jonathan Renard, age 31, of Dover, DE for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

04/23/18 WTPD arrested Candido Lopez, age 54, of Brooklyn, NY for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

04/24/18 WTPD arrested Ashley Mizzer, age 28, of Chester, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Phillipsburg. On 04/24/18 at approximately 8:05 AM, patrol responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Cherry St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that the driver, Ms. Mizzer, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Ms. Mizzer was taken into custody without incident, processed and issued a motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended. She was released with a new court date.

04/24/18 WTPD arrested Katie Kain, age 26, of Oxford, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. She was processed and released with a new court date.

04/26/18 WTPD arrested Raymond Gardner 3rd, age 26, of Oxford, NJ for an outstanding NCIC warrant out of Morris County Sheriff’s Office. On 04/26/18 at approximately 3:15 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the first block of Valley View Estates in Oxford Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it was revealed that Mr. Gardner had an active NCIC warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and turned over to Morris County Sheriff’s Department.

04/26/18 WTPD arrested Grace Boylan, age 33, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $89.00 warrant out of Union Township. She was processed and released after posting bail.

04/26/18 WTPD arrested Angelo Fieno, age 55, of Port Murray, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

04/26/18 WTPD arrested Wilder Cachodolmo, age 28, of Washington, NJ for obstruction of the administration of justice. On 04/26/18 at approximately 11:32 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a noise complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Cachodolmo was charged with obstruction of the administration of justice. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a mandatory court date.

04/27/18 WTPD arrested Richard Leoncini, age 71, of Moonachie, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 04/27/18 at approximately 1:01 PM, patrol responded to the Westgate Apartments Rental Office, 12 Westgate Apartments in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Leoncini was charged at the scene with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

04/27/18 WTPD arrested Jesse Potter, age 22, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a local ordinance of entering/remaining in the park after hours. On 04/27/18 at approximately 8:42 PM, patrol was conducting a routine patrol of the Washington Borough Park in Washington Township. At that time, the officer located Mr. Potter who was issued a local ordinance for entering/remaining in the park after hours at the scene and released with a mandatory court date.

04/28/18 WTPD arrested Jeremy Bell, age 30, of Great Meadows, NJ for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 04/28/18 at approximately 2:11 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 200 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for speeding. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Bell’s arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .10%. Mr. Bell was charged with speeding, careless driving, failure to exhibit a driver license and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

04/28/18 WTPD arrested Robert Taylor, age 57, of Piscataway, NJ for an outstanding $300.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

04/29/18 WTPD arrested Austin Galante, age 23, of Washington, NJ for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 04/29/18 at approximately 1:10 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 300 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for failure to maintain lanes. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Galante’s arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .09%. Mr. Gatante was charged with careless driving, failure to maintain lanes, the use of unapproved equipment and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
