Following an investigation into sales of illegal drugs at the Woodhaven apartment complex on Hilton Head Island, Sheriff's Office investigators obtained warrants for the arrest of 38-year-old Dominic Frost for four counts of Sale and Distribution of Cocaine (powder) and one count of Driving Under Suspension. Investigators also obtained a warrant to search Frost's Woodhaven apartment for illegal drugs.

This morning, Sheriff's Office investigators went to Woodhaven apartments to arrest Dominic Frost and search his apartment. When they arrived, investigators observed Frost in the parking lot and arrested him for the five active arrest warrants. When they searched Frost, investigators found crack cocaine and marijuana in his pockets. With Frost in custody, investigators served the search warrant at his apartment. Inside Frost's apartment, investigators located and seized crack and powder cocaine.

Based on the illegal drugs found in his possession and inside of his Woodhaven apartment, in addition to the five active arrest warrants, Dominic Frost was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine within 1/2 Mile of a School, Possession with intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine within 1/2 Mile of a School and Simple Possession of Marijuana. 

Dominic Frost was transported to the Beaufort County Detention Center and incarcerated without incident. As of this evening, Frost has yet to receive a bond hearing for the 10 charges and remains incarcerated.
