Saturday 05/12, NC 24/27 east bound and west bound lanes will be detoured for the 30th Annual Buggy Festival. 
East bound traffic will be detoured via Saunders St. and west bound lanes will be detoured via Barrett St. The festival will begin at 9 am and will continue until approximately 4:00 pm.
Rules and Regulations of the Festival
No Alcohol
No Pets with the exception of certified service animals
No Bicycles, Skateboards, Skates or Rollerblades.
We will have Officers on foot patrol throughout the Festival. If you need immediate police, fire or medical assistance please call 911.
