Downed wires and a transformer fire have caused wide spread power outages on the North side of town. Utility crews are currently working to restore power and traffic lights. Please remain indoors and off roadways if possible as tree limbs and wires may cause hazard. Power will be restored as soon as repairs are complete. At this time damage is under assessment.
