West central Frederick County in north central Maryland...
Northern Loudoun County in northern Virginia...
East central Jefferson County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
* Until 430 AM EDT.
* At 1030 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that has caused
flooding. Reports of up to six inches of rain have been received
in Frederick County. There are numerous reports of ongoing
flooding of area streams with many roads closed. Although the
worst of the flooding has now passed, flooding is expected to
continue for much of the night, especially near streams.

Frederick, Harry Grove Stadium, Ballenger Creek, Brunswick,
Walkersville, Ranson, Braddock Heights, Harpers Ferry, Clover Hill,
Discovery-Spring Garden, Linganore-Bartonsville, Jefferson,
Libertytown, Shenandoah Junction, Rohrersville, Burkittsville,
Gapland, Brownsville, Antietam and Bolivar.
