A Black Bear was spotted North of Sleepy Eye, near North Lake Road. The Brown County Sheriff's and the Minnesota DNR have both been notified of the situation. There is no cause for alarm at this time, but, be advised: DO NOT APPROACH THE BEAR IF YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH IT. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the DNR Office at 651-296-6157.
