SUSPECT: Tracy Babers, 26 years old, resident of Highland
VICTIM: 14-year-old female
SUMMARY:
On May 10, 2018 Highland deputies began an investigation after a woman reported that her 14-year-old daughter had been sexually assaulted by a roommate.
Following an investigation, Tracy Babers was arrested on May 17, 2018 for sex crimes committed on a minor female. Babers was booked at the Central Detention Center for PC261.5(d) and Pc289(c). He is being held in custody in lieu of $100,000 bail and is expected to be arraigned on May 21, 2018 in Central Superior Court.
