Wooster, George and Howe intersections are now open. Work will take place at Gates and East Avenue today. Gates residents will need to use Middle Ave while restoration takes place at Gates/East Ave.
This is a moving activity as sewer main trench repair is installed between Gates and 9th St. This is only the concrete base restoration. Asphalt final restoration will take place later this summer.
East Avenue remains closed and drivers must use the detour routes for East Avenue of Middle Avenue and East River Street. The detour routes are posted.
