SR 125 in Chula Vista to close for night time work today and tomorrow. 
SANDAG has announced that the SR 125 will be completely closed between Birch Road and Olympic Parkway for night time sandblasting work.
The southbound direction will be closed on Wednesday, May 23 and the northbound direction will be closed on Thursday, May 24. A detour will be in place during the closures which will occur between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. both nights.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes if possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
