SUSPECT: Christopher Louis Kaldy, 43 year-old male, Fremont, CA
On Thursday, March 22, 2018, a report was made to the Milpitas Police Department involving a high school teacher who had inappropriately contacted a student. During the investigation, detectives identified a 22 year-old female teacher that Kaldy inappropriately touched, in 2017. Detectives were able to obtain a $5000 misdemeanor sexual battery arrest warrant, for Kaldy, and he self-surrendered to the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, on May
16, 2018 at approximately 9:00 PM.
Milpitas Police detectives are seeking any potential witnesses or other victims who may have come in contact with Christopher Louis Kaldy.
